The purpose of a constitution is to set out what the Club can do, what it cannot do, how it must be governed, and how it must operate for its members.  

It sets out the rules for running the Club and outlines the Club's principles. It provides guidelines for conflict resolution and a framework for action so that the Club can accomplish its goals. All in line RFL guidance.
